Where do you operate?
We focus on new home construction within one hour of the Oklahoma City downtown area. We are currently building spec homes in The Ranch, a development in Washington, OK, just 15 minutes south of Norman, along with Custom Homes all around the metro area. Contact us to learn more!
Do you only construct your own building plans?
No! Our team is happy to work with you on a pre-existing plan that you bring to the table, or collaborate on a new design that meets your needs.
How long does the process take?
From start to finish, we average 9 to 11 months including the planning and design phases.
What financing options are available to me?
We are a preferred builder at a local bank that may be able to assist you in closing costs! We work tirelessly with lenders to ensure that you can move into your brand new home as soon as construction is complete.
