Our Team
Dylan Brady
Builder & Owner
Dylan Brady, founder of Thrive Homes, started his career in real estate in 2015 as a real estate investor and became a real estate broker not long after. After countless disappointments dealing with other local home builders as a broker, he saw a need in the market and decided he could improve on the many lacking processes, customer/client care, and quality in home building. Dylan strives to be the “Chick-fil-a” of home builders. Dylan graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Masters in business administration. He absolutely loves all aspects of real estate and business. He is as creative as he is skilled when it comes to building houses. In his spare time, he enjoys snow skiing, hiking, diving, mountain biking, woodworking, and pretty much anything outdoors. Dylan was born and raised in Oklahoma and currently lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife and young children where he enjoys spending quality time with them.
Madison Krase
Designer
HEY THERE,
I’m Madison Krase — The owner + lead designer over at The Krase Creative. I kickstarted my interior design journey in 2013 and haven’t looked back since. In 2020, I decided to launch my own design studio specializing in offering interior design services to Oklahoma and beyond. My goal as a designer is to help clients to successfully execute their design goals or visions for their new home.
I’m a born + raised small town Oklahoma girl. When I’m not working on design projects, I enjoy spending time with my better half and raising our three dogs together. My husband and I are excited to step into our new roles as mom + dad as we prepare to welcome our baby boy in October!
